Black Olive & Caper • Artichoke Lemon & Parmesan Cheese • Roasted Capsicum & Smoked Paparika
This is our take on the more traditional basil pesto with lots of fresh herbs and the added flavour of roasted peanuts. Mint, coriander, parsley and lemon are all blended with a premium olive oil to create this fresh pesto that can be served:
- stirred through some fresh pasta
- mixed with some Greek style yoghurt and served with mini pappadums
- Stir through and hot green vegetables
- blended with your fresh breadcrumbs before you coat a piece of fish, chicken or meat
- used as a condiment on your favourite sandwich
