We buy direct from overseas producers and develop new products alongside New Zealand manufacturers to bring variety to the independent trade. We couple that with national distribution to over 500 New Zealand customers ranging from traditional delicatessens to specialty food stores, online stores and gift hamper companies. We also supply gift stores wanting a food element in their offering..

First established in Auckland in 1992 by Christine West, Herb & Spice Fine Foods is now owned by food industry veterans Jason and Karen Olliver.
