Home Made Pizza with Mediterranean Salsa
Pizza Dough3 cups SR Flour
Drizzle of olive oil
1 sachet of Herb & Spice Mediterranean Salsa
Milk ( about 3 cups)
Combine the ingredients and add milk until a soft dough is formed. Dust the bench with flour and knead the dough briefly to combine. Rest for 10 minutes.
Salsa1 sachet Mediterranean Salsa mix combined with 1 tin chopped tomatoes
Tasty grated cheese
Salami, ham- your choice
Press the pizza dough onto a greased baking tray. Spread with the Mediterranean salsa and top with your favourite toppings, finish with tasty grated cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden.
